In release in 10/2024, we introduced a speech-to-form feature, will user can say what he want and system will fill-in all the details for you!
We use leave application as example for introduction.
After the feature is enabled in your account, you can see a AI Assistant button appear.
After you click the button, browser will ask you to allow using the microphone. And start listening what you say!
For example I say “I want to take sick leave for this week from Monday to Wednesday” and click “Done”
Then you can see everything will fill up and for you. The engine will understand what you say, for example “Next Monday and Wednesday” it will convert the corresponding date.
Furthermore, it support difference language. You can switch platform language, it will use platform language as speech recognition language.
