In NovaHR, employee attendance can be easily track by user various of method for example QRCode, Face Recognition Devices, IC Card or Mobile App. User can access to admin portal and employee p-file. In the “Check-in Event” tab, it show all record for historical check-in event for specific employee. Admin can also “Manual checkin” if employee forget to check-in. “Working Hour” is a config specific designed for Full-time employee going to work in regular basis. Admin can define the rest day for employee. For example following employee only have one rest day per week, which is Sunday. (You can apply to all employee by toggle the setting on right bottom corner before saving) After the working hour is set. Attendance summary report will be shown as follow. Red background showing that day is holiday If it is a public Holiday, holiday name will show in front of the record. Late for work and earlier leave will automatically calculated after employee check-in with any one of the method in NovaHR. Admin can easily view the attendnace summary for each employee. Furthermore, admin can also use “Attendance Report” on left hand side to view attendance record.
